What is the Technical Standards Committee?
The Technical Standards Committee (TSC) Community is comprised of all denominationally employed IT professionals, working at any Adventist institution in North America. The TSC community meets at least once per year, and maintains a very active online forum. The TSC community is currently comprised of 200+ denominationally employed IT Professionals.

TSC stands for Technical Standards Committee, an official Committee of the North American Division. It’s voting members are comprised of the Union IT Directors. The Committee is chaired by the NAD Chief Financial Officer, while the NAD ITS Director serves as Secretary. The committee makes technical recommendations, as well as software and platform recommendations, on behalf of the North American Committee, to our Unions and Conferences. The “Standards” portion of the name refers to our main duty of promoting and adopting IT Standards within the Church. The Technical Standards Committee has been meeting for the past 25 years.
